As early as ages 30-35, aging begins to contribute to systemic changes within our cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and endocrine systems that can decrease our health, mobility, and function. This sequence of classes focuses on strategies to foster healthy aging, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and agility as well as coping mechanisms for stress.

All are welcome no matter what physical shape you think you may be. BTC follows CDC guidelines.
