Yoga for Healthy Aging

Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.

As early as ages 30-35, aging begins to contribute to systemic changes within our cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, and endocrine systems that can decrease our health, mobility, and function. This sequence of classes focuses on strategies to foster healthy aging, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and agility as well as coping mechanisms for stress.

Class session - $13/class

All are welcome no matter what physical shape you think you may be. BTC follows CDC guidelines.

·        Bring your own props: mat, 2 blocks, and blanket. If you do not have your own props there is a limited selection for borrowing. We just need to follow appropriate cleaning procedures after using.
